Your PCB data forms the basis for the technical review:
✔ Copper layers
✔ Solder resist
✔ Assembly printing
✔ Drill data


Please ensure that files are complete and clearly labelled.
3. Validation of your data (PCB check)
RedBridge EMS checks all data for completeness and plausibility. This is the only way to avoid errors, queries and delays.
4. Upload BOM file
The bill of materials must contain the following information:
✔ Manufacturer Number
✔ Part number
✔ Component description
✔ Planned quantity

We work on the basis of the component standards of Mouser and Digikey, to ensure transparent component procurement. 

If the BOM file is not fully specified according to Mouser or Digikey, not all components can be calculated in the indicative price quote. This will be noted accordingly in the indicative price quote.
5. Validation of the BOM
We thoroughly check your BOM, avoid misunderstandings and ensure efficient processing.

Data check during upload

Non-binding price indications and binding offers are calculated exclusively on the basis of correctly uploaded data created. When data is uploaded, a Technical data check, which checks whether all the necessary information is available and plausible. In order for the upload to be completed successfully and for us to be able to create your quotation, the following entries must be available during the data check - among others:

BOM
The bill of materials (BOM) must be provided by the client with Mouser and Digikey components must be specified and contain the following information:
✔ Manufacturer Number
✔ Part number
✔ Component description
✔ Planned quantity

Gerber data
Your Gerber and drill data should be complete and exported according to industry standards (RS-274X or ODB++). Please ensure that all layers are included (copper, solder resist, placement print, drill data) and that the files are clearly labelled.
